Addition of Taylor, Michigan Company Broadens EQ’s Leadership in Industrial Services Sector
EQ – The Environmental Quality Company announced that the company has acquired Vac-All Service, Inc. The Taylor, Michigan based company is a leading provider of industrial cleaning, emergency response and environmental remediation services. With the addition of Vac-All, EQ is now the largest Michigan based industrial services company, providing services throughout the Midwest and across the country. Vac-All will be integrated into the EQ Industrial Services network, based in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

Vac-All also consists of a 24/7 emergency spill response group, similar to that of EQ’s, which will add depth and resources to EQ’s nationwide emergency response program.
