Addition of Rahway, N.J. Company Expands EQ’s Industrial Services

Wayne, Mich. – EQ – The Environmental Quality Company today announced that the company has acquired Allstate Power Vac, Inc. (APV). The Rahway, N.J. based company is one of the largest providers of industrial and emergency response services in the Northeast, serving customers throughout the country. With this addition, EQ continues to strengthen its national network of industrial services and industry leading hazardous waste treatment and disposal capabilities.

For over 20 years, APV has offered innovative solutions focused on meeting the needs of over 1200 customers in the petroleum, chemical, municipal and utility sectors. It operates over 450 pieces of equipment via 8 service centers throughout the Northeast and employs over 300 associates focused on delivering best in class customer service. APV’s services include: high pressure hydro blasting, tank cleaning, cured-in-place pipe sewer services, industrial maintenance, and transportation. APV also offers a 24/7 emergency response group, which includes OSRA-certified oil spill response capabilities.
